How do you spell KIWIN'S?

Though KIWIN'S is considered grammatically incorrect, it's always spelled in all capital letters and an apostrophy "s." KIWIN'S isn't an acronym. KIWIN'S is spelled in all caps and an apostrphe because it demonstrates the creativity and individuality of our organization. KIWIN'S is unlike any of the other organizations sponsored by Kiwanis International and this is reflected through the clever use of an apostrophy to accent it's name. When the club is written out in all caps it stands out, it's prominent, it demands attention, just like it does in the community.

The word "Kiwin" is the diminutive of the word "Anokiwin," which translates to "people, men and women, working together in service." It is derived from the same Otchipew Indian language as "Kiwanis."
