Well, finally I am done school and able to update this site as well as get back into gaming. I will also be taking this coming year off school I believe as I need a break. So this all means that more minis will follow! I am leaving this week to work for a month or so in Saskatchewan with my cousins. Once I return I will be posting pictures of my latest creation which I completed this morning as well as put it up for sale (anyone interested in a nurgle character?). Also I have about two more projects near completion which I will try to finish upon my return. Depending on my work situation in September I might be able to start taking commissions again as well. Keep an eye out here for details! First I must apologise about my lack of updating. School has been taking up alot of my time. I am currently enrolled in 8 courses in my two year Computer Systems program. I wont be able to take commissions for now until further notice, I will try to put up a few projects I have been working on in the near future. Well, vacation was great and so was summer! Life has been really busy for me lately I have just started school taking computer systems. I have completed my Creed and Kell models now and will have it on ebay shortly. Now for some bad news, Jack has left after his short Eclipse career. He has moved across the country to Ontario for school. Creed can be seen in the gallery.
Or on vaction, I will be gone from tomorrow (Saturday 9) for two weeks and so will be unreachable. Jack will still be here so feel free to direct any mail to him and he will pass it on to me upon my return. As a farewell gift I have put up a little taster of some models I'm working on in my work in progress section.
Jack and I have finished our joint project: a World Eater Dreadnaught! Jacks converting skillz combined with my painting have made it a montrosity to behold, check out the gallery for pictures or the sale section for an Ebay link. Also I have added a good friend's Warhammer site to the link section.
My Lizardman Carnosaur is up in the gallery section now. My next project: an Archon-empire general conversion (I think).
Two pieces of news today! First: I have now completed a pricing guide for a rough estimate of how much I charge. Remember these prices are flexible but as they are they are cheaper than most other painting services I have come across.
Second: I've added more pictures to the samples done by Jack. Also I have my first preview pictures of the Lizardman Carnosaur model I am doing for a commisson. He can be seen on the Work in Progress page. He is basically done needing only a touch up by the left eye to make it stan out more and the base needs to be painted. Next up is painting the dreadnaught and converting a Lizardman Army standard for my commission.
A new page has just been added, Work in Progress! This section is where you can get a preview of models that are being made and will see Ebay or a commission within a week or two. To start us off we have a Worldeaters dreadnaught on. It has just finished going through its converting and will be primed shortly. Also new is some sample models by Jack, you can get there by clicking on his picture in About Us, or Here.
Typhus: Herald of Nurgle is now in the gallery. He is also for sale on Ebay. Feel free to bid, multiple winnings/commissions can be combined.
Eclipse Studios is pleased to announce it has taken on new help. Jack Shee will become our new conversion artist, master of concepts and the bitz box Jack will be incharge of the heavy duty conversions. He will also be doing a few painted models as he masters the art of painting. For a sample of his work try his Skaven Assassin. He is also working on a heavily converted World Eater Dreadnaught which should be seen here soon.
YES! This site is officially live, after a lot of hard work I have pushed this site to its initial launch. I still have a section or two to make, and some of them will be constantly udated as I paint more miniatures. Please feel free to browes my site and make a commission.
Well things have been busy for me. I've just finished 2/4 finals and my commision is growing daily. I will be entering my local GW's Typhus painting competition. It's going to be busy times indeed.
