All the plans in Drachen Magazin are in German, mostly easy to follow, and most of the drawings are pretty easy to understand (without the knowledge of German).
Drachen Magazin unfortunately stopped publishing ultimo 1998. If memory serves me right Drachen Magazin merged with Sport und Design Drachen.
