Vlieger is a bi-monthly Dutch magazine. Each issue
contains several kite plans, both single-line and stunt kites.
I think reasonable experienced kite makers can use most of the plans
without any knowledge of Dutch.

Vlieger, issue 4/94
Looks like an Action Kites Moon Dart with cambered wing.
The English plan for this kite can be found in Kite Lines vol.9, no.4 (Winter '92-93).
203 x 79 cm (80 x 31 inch)
Vlieger, issue 4/94
A dart with only a hint of dart-tail, very tight/fast turning, and with
a single "mast" at the back instead of conventional stand-offs.
232 x 80 cm (91 x 31 inch)
Vlieger, issue 6/94
A swept wing ultralight delta with one set of battens. It, not
surprisingly, looks like the Highly Strung Kites 3.11 SL.
It is possible that a German plan for this kite can be found in the
magazine Hoch Hinaus issue 4/93 (?)
The size is about that of a TOTL Spin-Off (short of building it I can't
figure out how to calculate the size of the 3.11 SL from this plan...)
Vlieger, issue 1/95
Fairly standard looking dart.
245 x 111 cm (96 x 44 inch)
Vlieger, issue 2/95
One more quad-line kite shaped like a bat.
239 x 87 cm (94 x 34 inch)
Vlieger, issue 3/95
Not to be confused with the German Cut-kites (?) quad-line Twin, this
is a dart with double spine.
236 x 82 cm (93 x 32 inch)
Vlieger, issue 3/95
A 3 m2 rectangular Quadrifoil-type kite. A 80% (2 m2)
version of this kite flies well too.
240 x 135 cm (94 x 53 inch)
(minor clarification/correction in issue 1/96)
Vlieger, issue 4/95
Based on a Flexifoil Stacker, the Lexifoil has a inward curving TE (the
center profiles are shorter than the end profiles) for better turning
(?).
180 x 60 cm (71 x 24 inch)
Vlieger, issue 5/95
A high wind, fast, tight/fast turning and durable kite, which looks
like an Action Kites Action 8.2 with a dart-tail.
188 x 95 cm (74 x 37 inch)
Vlieger, issue 1/96
3/4-size dart for beginners with a fairly small dart-tail.
167 x 99 cm (66 x 39 inch)
Vlieger, issue 2/96
Weird looking dart: very narrow wings with winglets and a deep cutout
towards the nose, and a wide batten supported center part. Moderate
pull and speed. Made for high wind (I guess).
246 x 87 cm (97 x 34 inch)
Vlieger, issue 4/96
Described in the article as a cross between a Chicago Fire Bee and the
La Hembra from the book Stunt
Kites 2, a Fire Bee center with La Hembra wings.
264 x 104 cm (104 x 41 inch)
Vlieger, issue 5/96
NASA Para Wing Model 5. This plan can also be found in Drachen Magazin 7/96.
306 x 160 cm (120 x 63 inch)
This plan (in English) can also be found at: http://home.everestkc.net/bchilders/plans/npwmod5.html
Vlieger, issue 6/96
Dart with a very deep cut sail and mesh in the outer half of the TE.
Mostly for moderate/high wind (I guess).
220 x 86 cm (87 x 34 inch)
(minor correction in issue 1/97)
Vlieger, issue 1/97
Dual-line soft kite with construction technics borrowed from the
Krypton-S and Sputnik-4 kites from the book Stunt Kites 2.
Interesting "sun glass" shape.
240 x 45 cm (94 x 18 inch)
Vlieger, issue 2/97
A X4i-type indoor mini kite (P31 Icarex sail, 2 mm solid carbonfiber
spars). The Stardust is made commercially by the German company Wolkenstürmer.
128 x 52 cm (50 x 20 inch)
