Frequently Asked Questions
Are you available outside Salt Lake City, UT?
Unfortunately, because of limited resources, we can only work in the immediate Bountiful, Centerville, Farmington, North Salt Lake and Salt Lake Avenues/Capital Hill areas. We eventually plan to expand, but until then, please contact us for a referral--or check out the zip-code-search-engine at Pet Sitter's International.
How does it work?
First, we meet with you and your pets (in your own home) for a free preliminary, consultation visit. Once you have met us and decided to go further, we then outline our services for you, answering any questions, and provide references. Second, if you (and the pets) are still O.K. with us (and vice versa), then we provide an information/protection contract which we leave with you to fill out -- which includes information about your veterinarian, emergency contacts, pet food and toy locations, scheduled feedings/walkings, etc. Third, we walk through the daily routine with you, finding out where the pet supplies are located, etc.-- and receiving (and testing)an entry key to the house. And, lastly, payment: our preferred payment is simply a post-dated check (left on the counter). In return, you may rest-assured that we will cater to your pet's every need. Also, we keep a daily diary about their antics while you are gone, and leave a copy for you to enjoy when you arrive home.
How can I contact you?
We would prefer a call at 294-0771, but you may also e-mail us at
