Music News
King's X
King's X is finishing the last leg of their world tour promoting their new
album, Please Come Home...Mr. Bulbous. Their style is truly unique. A
blend of progressive rock, metal, and soul with lyrics reminiscent of C.S. Lewis. I was honored to have
sung "Goldilox" on stage with King's X in Dallas in 1997. Too bad the club was
dark or I'd have the pictures up here.
Galactic Cowboys
I'm sad to report that the Galactic Cowboys have broken up shortly after
releasing Let
It Go, a fantastic album. Their style is kind of like a cross between the
Monkees and Metallica.
My Band
Splitkirk
I'm still trying to find a drummer and maybe a bassist so we can hit the
studio. But I've written several songs and decided to record a couple of
them on my computer using Acid Music 2.0. You'll need WinAmp
or another MP3 player to listen to them. Visit our MP3.com homepage here.
