All literature being published by the El Shaddai DWXI Prayer Partners Foundation International are distributed for free, from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., at the El Shaddai Miracle Publications Department located at 4th Floor, Queensway Commercial Bldg., 118 Amorsolo St., Legaspi Village, Makati City, Philippines.

Some of the reading materials being published and released by the Foundation are as follows:

El shaddai Bagong Liwanag Magazine, a publication predominantly-written in Filipino and released worldwide thrice a year. It contains a selected healing message of Bro. Mike delivered during the Saturday or Tuesday fellowships of the Foundation, as well as testimonies on physical healing, deliverance from vices, and the like, by its members and followers.

El Shaddai Miracle Newsletter, a publication written in English and being released worldwide thrice a year.  It contains an article by Bro. Mike, testimonies of members and followers of the Foundation all over the world.  There are also reactions or testimonies of members of the clergy or spiritual directors of its various chapters, most of whom are foreigners. It also contains news updates on its chapters abroad.

The Foundation also publishes and distributes leaflets written in Filipino. It contains the life-testimonies of its members and followers and healing messages of Bro. Mike Velarde delivered during its Tuesday and Saturday fellowships.

It had also published and released literature written by Bro. Mike, as follows:

How To Win Your Battles All The Time, a booklet containing how Bro. Mike overcame the trials and persecutions he experienced during the early years of the Foundation.

El Shaddai's Miracle Assurance Policy Against Sickness, Famine and Bankruptcy, a book containing God's promise on having a peaceful, healthy and abundant life.

El Shaddai's Miracle of Seed-Faith, a booklet containing Bro. Mike's miraculous experience on giving to the vineyard of El Shaddai.

Mga Butil ng Gintong Aral, a book written in Filipino containing a compilation of anecdotes and solutions to life's problems and miseries.

Bro. Mike, bakit?, a book written in Filipino where Bro. Mike answers relevant questions about life, family, God, the Foundation and his personality.
