The Movement has now gained the support of the Catholic bishops and priests in other countries all over the world where the El Shaddai DWXI-PPFI Centers are established. (See Turning Point...)

DIFFUSION: Two kinds of membership have developed. The core is composed of ID-bearing covenant members who have committed themselves to support the Foundation directly or indirectly. As of June 2000, this group has now reached 219,758. The second kind is the non-covenanted group that regularly attends prayer-meetings of the movement through the various chapters and cell groups worldwide, estimated at approximately five million as of year 1999.

The Foundation has now taken root and have formed mission centers all over the Philippines from Luzon to Mindanao, and all over the world from Hong Kong to Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Brunei Darussalam, Belgium,

Formation: Basic Catholic formation is handled by Most Rev. Teodoro Bacani Jr., D.D., Auxiliary Bishop of Manila and Spiritual Director of the Catholic Charismatic Renewal Movement in the Archdiocese of Manila, assisted by local priests in every parish where the Foundation has taken root.

Ongoing formation are as follows:

1. New Catholic Catechism
2. Christology 1997 and Pneumatology for 1998 in preparation for Great
Jubilee 2000
3. Sacramental appreciation and celebration:

• Sacrament of Matrimony (once a year)
• Sacrament of Penance (every week)
• Sacrament of Baptism-Adult (once a year)
• Sacrament of Eucharist (everyday)

Activities: The characteristic areas of activities for the Foundation are as follows:

1. Prayer and Healing Rallies or Fellowships, centered on the Eucharistic Celebration followed by testimonies of conversions and miracles of El Shaddai, and highlighted by the preaching of the Word of God

2. Prayer and counselling services; social services (medical-dental clinic, burial assistance and disaster or relief assistance and free legal consultation or advise); and hospital and prison visitation

3. Catholic Life-in-the-Spirit Seminars

4. Propagation of the Word of God through print materials being distributed for free; radio Gospel broadcast over DWXI (1314 kHz) AM and in radio stations all over the Philippines and abroad; television Gospel Broadcast from Manila via satellite; and audio and video tapes distributed to overseas chapters
