Information About the Testing Program
The Tests
All
ExCET tests are criterion-referenced multiple-choice tests designed
to measure your knowledge in relation to an established standard of
competence rather than in relation to the performance of other candidates.
Your score is based on the number of questions you answer correctly.
1.
No points are subtracted for questions answered incorrectly. |
2.
Even if you are uncertain about the answer to a question, it is
better to guess than not to respond at all. |
3.
Your test may include some questions that are being pilot tested
and will not count toward your score. New test questions
are pilot tested by including them in test in order to collect
information about how these questions will perform under testing
conditions.
