BUTTERFINGER BALLS

Recipe from Doni Marquart's Mom

2 cups Creamy Peanut Butter
1/4 pound butter, melted
1 - One Pound Box Powdered Sugar (Sifted)
3 Cups Rice Crispies

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together. Shape into Balls (About 1 inch diameter) Refrigerate at least 2 hours.

Step 2

DIP: 1 - 12 ounce Hersey Bar
1 - 6 Ounce Pkg Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1/3 Bar Paraffin

Or Buy the packaged Chocolate Bark for Dipping

Melt and Dip the Peanut Butter Balls in Chocolate.

Note

I make all the Balls, place them on a cookie sheet and stick a toothpick in each one, (before refrigerating). This makes them much easier to dip... after dipping, remove toothpicks and fill hole witha drop of coating.
