The 1279 has been available in Japan from the Kabaya Candy Company. It comes in the usual Kabaya box where the inside of the box has directions for combining the set with each of 1278, 1280 and 1281. Also included is a sheet with a suggestion for a boat and a small vehicle built of all the sets.
