The big white Yeti is hiding in a small cave in the snow next
to the
small Tibetan shrine that also holds a secret. Beware of the two large
clubs that the Yeti can use against you when he emerges from the cave.
This set also includes 3 Johnny Thunder Orient Expedition game cards.
Appearance
The small Tibetan shrine is a very nice piece of work indeed. It looks
very natural to me. It is too bad that the cave only has a front and
not
walls and roof. The cave is sprinkled transparent blue pieces that must
be icicles. Miss Pippin Read is entirely new: new sherpa hat, new torso
and even a new face! A nice assortment of hard to find pieces and the
new
hat make this set a nice buy.
The Yeti looks ok, but unfortunately only the arms moves. It
must be
made from seven parts: legs (shared with the Tygurah), a 2 x 2 Plate,
two
1 x 2 Technic Beams, torso/head (different from the Tygurah) and two
arms,
like the ones used by Jabba the Hut in 4480.
Playability
The shrine holds a secret: a gemstone (GreGou?) hidden in a "drawer"
at the front. When you open the drawer, the Yeti comes out of the
hidden
cave, grab one of the two clubs and hunt poor Miss Read. Notable
features:
White 8 x 16 Baseplate and White triangular BURP.
