Lego Racers Shipping August

LEGO announced today that LEGO Racers will hit North American store shelves during the
week of August 23. LEGO Racers is a racing game geared towards children, ages six and
up. the game allows players to build a custom made race car using LEGO blocks and
parts, and racing it against other computer controlled race cars for fun. Nintendo
64 and PlayStation versions of the game are scheduled to ship in late September.
Other LEGO-branded games in the pipeline include LEGO Friends (PC CD-ROM, Sept. 1999),
LEGO Rock Raiders (PC CD-ROM, PlayStation; Sept. 1999) and LEGOLAND (PC CD-ROM, Oct. 1999).
