José Maria da Silva Paranhos Júnior (1845-1912), the Baron of Rio Branco (Portuguese: Barão do Rio Branco), was a Brazilian politician, lawyer, professor, historian and diplomat (Minister of Foreign Affairs from 1902-1912).
