The Absolute Accountability of Government to We the People

"Malo periculosam libertatem quam quietam servitutem"

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances. The First Article of the Bill of Rights is the cornerstone of basic American human rights, and the enumerator of our absolute right to question the very authority, and every act of Congress, the President, and the Courts.

It is our duty and in fact our obligation as Americans to question the representatives of government on any issue that we feel is contrary to the constitutional good of the United States. In turn, it is the duty and obligation of those within government to respond to those questions, and if on grounds of constitutional questioning as to abuse and misconstruction, to act and correct those constitutional abuses and misconstructions.

Oops! Guess somebody forgot to tell the Congress, the President, and the Courts that was a mandatory constitutional obligation. In fact most Republicans and a few Democrats have even forgotten what a real American is all about, let alone their constitutional obligations to protect and defend the Constitution and Bill of Rights.

Presently there is a majority of Republicans that if they have it there way, will continue their quest to rape and ransack America via their continued abuse and misconstruction of the Constitution and Bill of Rights. If they can't put a price tag on it and sell it, then it has no real or meaningful value to them. Greed for them has come to mean more than the real American principals and values which this Nation was founded on. As long as the Republicans and others continue to put a For Sale sign and price tag on American basic human rights, then there is no real America, only the America that they envision for the masses of the people to have. That vision also includes the total servitude and enslavement of the masses of American people to the Republicans relentless quest for power and greed!

The current attack on the Constitution is a multi-prong attack. One side of the attack continues to be focused at destroying public confidence in the office of President. Another thrust of the attack is directly aimed at destroying or in the very least, reducing the absolute authority of basic human rights contained in the First Article of the Bill of Rights, i.e., attacks by way of the Freedom of Religion Amendment attack and the Flag Burning Amendment(Freedom of Speech).

The real principals of this country are the basic human rights found in the First Article of the Bill of Rights - so how can those who want to put a price tag on America and put the selling of America above the basic human rights of the American people, have the boldness to even call themselves patriotic, let alone American? Is it because there is no real America left for the masses of American people to share in?

It most certainly appears to be so! If this were not so then why have so many of our other basic human rights been stripped away from us?

Not one person or official in Federal government has met any of the challenges found on the F.A.C.T.S. web pages, and most certainly not of the legal questions posed to them in the book, FEDCON: Death of the American Republic. We the People can petition and redress the government, but chances are the redresses and legal questions asked of them will go unanswered, because those in Federal government OWN the government, and they own you, We the People!

So yes, the republic for which my own ancestors fought and died for in the American Revolution remains nothing more than a goal that is out-of-reach for the masses of American people, who continue to have no stake in America, except for the privilege of dying for it. What primary group of individuals made all of this a reality? It was the primarily Federalist, Republican Party! This continues to be a Nation dominated by traitorous Senators and Representatives who put the selling of America and its masses of people above basic American principals and ideals!

Unless these imbalances can be corrected, and corrected soon, then America will shortly proceed into it's final death throes. Dislike that statement as you may, it remains factual and very much the truth. In reality - it might already be too late!

Remember, if we are to build the Nation of the 21st Century, it must be built on non-violence and peace if it is to really mean anything, and above all it must include all of the people - not just the select few!
