Videotaping a student's swing allows the teacher and the student to view what is happening in the overall swing, not only at normal speed but in a slow motion state and in stop action. It also allows us to compare the students swing to a tour players swing. which is an important visual aid. Using video has made a big impact on speeding up the learning process. If you are serious about improving your golf swing I strongly recommend taking lesson only from instructors with video capability.
