Notes

For this particular campaign, the GM was using a system of dots instead of slots for proficiencies.  3 dots=1slot.  You can also have the option of double specialization (2x specialization for cost) which gives you a bonus of +3/+3 for attack and damage.  Wizards can take Cantrip as a proficiency.  This is exactly the same as the spell, except you have 2 x level + 2 Cantrips per day.
