The house has four bedrooms

	The house has four bedrooms, plus a loft bedroom/office, as well as 2 futons, a queen sleep sofa, and three full baths. The keys to the padlock on the downstairs 'boat house' (storage room), room under the deck with the sliding door, should be hanging in the Sunroom on the key rack by the garage door. It is OK to leave this door unlocked during your stay. Spare light bulbs and some tools are in the kitchen above the microwave oven. A supply of candles, should you have a power outage, are in the butterfly chest in the living room.
	Downstairs bedrooms rooms include a bedroom with a king size bed, and a bedroom with two twin beds. There is a futon sofa in the downstairs family room. The Sunroom off the kitchen has a queen sleep sofa. The second floor bedrooms have a bedroom with a king size bed, and a children's bedroom with two bunkbeds (4 twins). There is a queen size bed in the top level loft guest bedroom/office. Lower level bath has a shower over bath tub. Main level bath has a stall shower. 2nd level bath has a stall shower and large Jacuzzi bath tub. Each bathroom has a hair dryer.
	There is a formal dining room, seats 10 (please use the tablecloth in the dining room cabinet), a kitchen dining nook, seats 6, 2 outdoor tables on the deck seat 10, and there is a a picnic table by the pond (in short, lots of places to eat). The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining. I also keep a list of local restaurant menus there. Add more if you like. Placemats and cloth napkins, as well as extra kitchen towels, are in a drawer. The locked pantry closet in the kitchen contains a few of our personal things. There is a Weber grill on the deck for outdoor cooking in the summer. An extra propane tank is in the garage. Some bar-b-que tools are keep in the drawer under the kitchen oven.
	Guests with young children or babies will find most of the safety items and other baby essentials in the downstairs utility room in the large plastic box. For the littlest members of your family, we have a high chair, play 'n pack crib with changing table, a doorway jumpy swing, bath seat, a jog stroller, umbrella stroller, child's bike seat, helmets, Burly bike carrier, child locks for cabinets and baby monitor with camera. Step stools are in two bathrooms under the sink. You will find a gate for the bottom of stairs in the utility room. As it does not permanently attach to the wall please do not use it at the TOP of stairs; a child could lean against it, push on it, and still fall. Electrical outlets are all childproofed.
	For indoor entertainment you will find 5 TV's, a DVD player, VCR, TiVo, Cable, and built-in Stereo System. If you must work, or just enjoy retrieving your email, there is an Apple computer in the loft office/guest room with color printer and high-speed wireless internet access(even works down to the beach). There are plenty of games, books, puzzles and lots of kid's toys and children's movies. Just bring your child's favorite doll or stuffed animal. The downstairs family room entertainment area is equipped with surround sound speakers for great movie watching, although we hope you are too busy out enjoying the Cape. The video sound system is activated by Video 1 on the Bose remote downstairs. The Bose remote upstairs works the speakers in the kitchen, Sunroom, deck and living room. There are also volume controls on a round knob in the kitchen near the intercom and on the wall between the two sliding glass doors in the living room (for the deck). The CD player is the small Bose unit upstairs in the loft built-in, above the TV. You need to lift up a door on the left of the unit to change the CD's.
	The house is about 1 block from the Cape Cod Rail Trail, great for biking and running. We are directly on Sheep's Pond with a private beach and a small swimming raft. We have lots of outdoor toys and sports gear you may borrow. They include a pedal boat, life jackets, several adult bikes, kid's tandem bike, Burley trailer, child bike seat, kids bikes of different sizes, kids fishing gear, and a swing/play structure in the side yard. Many of the yard games are stored in the boat house, some in the garage. The big grassy side yard is the right size for a game of soccer, softball, volleyball, etc. The driveway is complete with a basketball hoop and an outdoor ping pong table . There are also beach chairs, a cooler, and a sun umbrella, stored in the garage to use. While we understand normal wear and tear, items that are broken or lost will need to be replaced from your deposit.
