Pool
terrace is terrace with swimming pool, this is place is in the 6th
floor. Swimming pool in pool terrace open at 07.00am until 05.00pm,
for morning pool terrace just available for the guest, which they
want to use swimming pool. For morning shift just want staff in pool
terrace, he just waiting for the guest, give towel, write down the
identity and prepare the steamboat buffet for night shift, if any
guest need some order, they just call room service or café house
from pool terrace, after that room service will send their order.
The different of pool terrace order and room service order is the
bill, if guest order from their room, room service will send their
order with room service bill, but if the guest order from pool, the
room service will send the order to pool terrace and the bill using
pool terrace bill, every time if the order from pool terrace we
always using pool terrace bill. If the guest wants his bill signing
to his room, he just writes his name, room number and gives
signature.
In
the afternoon pool terrace open for dinner, star at 06.30pm –
10.00pm, served steamboat buffet, the staff sometime only two
person, one captain in charge and one waiter. If got a lot of
reservation or busy time, pool terrace will ask somebody or the
other waiter to help in pool terrace, and the captain will pay cash
for that.
If
the guest also wants the other order beside pool terrace served,
they can ask to the waiter and the waiter will order from café or
room service.
On
clear and breezy evenings, guests may tuck into a sumptuous
Steamboat Buffet Dinner at the Pool Terrace.

Facilities
The
sport facilities are free for guest hotel or member of new park
hotel. This place is at 6th floor, between pool terraces;
before the guest goes in to sport facilities or gymnasium they have
to report to pool terrace staff and writing guest book. Also for
pool terrace guest who want to use the swimming pool they have to
report to pool terrace staff at the counter, because we can get
towel if we writing the name first.
