This new government we have in Spain, with ZP (Zapatero) as the chief is really funny.  Not efficient, but funny.  Actually, not so funny when we stop to think what Spain will have to suffer just to satisfy these people's anti-americanism, anti-Spain, anti-Christian needs.

THE CASE OF THE NAMELESS LANGUAGE

This is all so complicated.  Here is the problem:

We have a president that doesn't have any opinions (except Americans are very bad, Castro is very good).  We have a language which is common in Catalonia and Valencia, 2 DIFFERENT regions of Spain.  We have people in Catalonia that say this language is catalonian.  We have some people in Valencia that say this language is catalonian.   We have other people in Valencia that say this language is Valencian.  In addition, we have some people that say that Valencian and Catalonian are the same thing with different name, some that say the only name is catalonian, and some that say this is just 2 different things each one with its own name.  The EU needs a translation of the EU constitution in all languages of the EU, which include this one/these 2.  How many translations should be presented for the Catalonia/Valencia region?

ZP answers:

Present 2 different copies, one for Catalonian and one for Valencian.  The 2 copies are really the same, exact copies word by word, but never mind.  This probably will make us look really stupid in Europe, and that will be great.  This will piss off the people that think there should be just one copy, but I need them so I may have to respond to their blackmail later.  At least the ones that are for 2 copies will be happy.  Which is not good.  Therefore, change my mind afterwords to present only one copy, this way I'll piss off the rest, and look even more stupid in Europe.  And I'll give in to blackmail, which makes me look in charge too.  Yes, that's the answer.

SPANISH GOVERNMENT ACCUSES SPAIN OF COUP D"ETAT

Thank you Mr Desatinos for putting Spain on the line.  We know you and your party are used to lies and love this type of policy.  But remember, you work for Spain not against it.  Yes, we know slandering Aznar is something your party loves.  And one of the few things you can do well.  But please remember, YOU WORK FOR SPAIN, NOT AGAINST IT.

AND IT WAS NOT AZNAR, AND IT WAS NOT IRAQ!!!!

ZP based his campaign in blaming the M-11 bombing in Madrid on Aznar and his support for the war in Iraq and the US.  Now that Spain is not supporting the US anymore, we were supposed to be done with terrorism.  But what do you know?  today 8 Islamic terrorists were arrested.  They planned an attack in Madrid with 500 Kg of explosives.
Maybe Aznar is right after all when he says that the problem with Islam and Spain has nothing to do with Iraq.
ZP, who was always so ready to appear on TV blaming Aznar for M-11 must be too busy to appear now.  Or maybe he cannot find the right words.

ZP's ANTI_AMERICANISM , ONCE MORE

Just when we thought the problem about the October 12 celebration was over, the ZP government surprises us once again with a new 'diplomatic war' against the US.

How can the Spanish foreign ministry attack the US ambassador in Spain for not going to the Spanish National Holiday on October 12, when that same day ZP, the president of Spain said to a group of reporters that Kerry was going to win the election?  Where are the manners and diplomacy of this president?

Zp and his government are seriously destroying the foreign policy of Spain.  They are destroying any trace of common sense in our foreign policy.

ZP is destroying our relation with the US, but what does he expect to gain for this?   Even the anti-americanism rampant in Spain won't help him when people stard losing their economic power.

AND MORE

There have been idiots in charge of the foreign policy of Spain a few times, but the current foreign ministry of Spain deserves a special place.  This personal friend of the terrorist Arafat, thinks it is ok to go around insulting and betraying the US, and then expects the US Ambassador in Spain to show up for more.  After the sudden come back of the Spanish troops from Iraq, the logical thing would have been that Bush got pissed and do something about it.  Lucky for us, he is too busy with the US election.  But we will start paying soon.  Sad that we will all end up paying, and not just this ZP government and its friends.

Last year ZP didn't get up as the American flag marched (everybody else did).   This year, as president, ZP kicks the Americans out of the October 12 parade.   And the US is just the fourth country as far as Spanish speaking population in the world.  Not to mention, also our best military ally.  Not anymore, now, thanks to ZP and his government, they are the ally of our biggest enemy, Morocco.  And now the foreign office pretends our relations are normal and we should be offended the US Ambassador didn't show up for the parade that kicked the Americans out.

And of course the media conviniently doesn't see (or show) all the people that brought their own American flags to the parade.  This government is something between Fidel Castro and Cantinflas

Once upon a time, 2 reporters went to report a war in Iraq.  They both knew reporting from the war zone meant putting your life on the line.  And it happened.  Both reporters were killed.  One of them was killed by the Iraquis, the other one, by the American army.

The one killed by the American Army (the great Satan) was called a Martyr that died for freedom of speech.  He was declared a victim of terrorism also, and his family received compensation.

The one killed by the Iraquis was forgotten in time.  After all, what a bad taste letting himself get killed like that

THE OCTOBER 12 PARADE, NO US FLAG

And finally the US was not invited to participate in the October 12 parade.  Instead, the French flag will parade carried by a division of Leclerc.  The ZP gang said it was not a sign of anti-americanism (yet another one), but a remembrance to the Spaniards that helped liberate Paris in WWII.  Really, we give honor to the Spanirds that defended Paris by saluting the French flag?  Shouldn't it be that the French salute the Spanish flag in Paris?  And didn't the Americans liberate all Europe for that matter?

I guess the real reason is ZP doesn't want to go through not getting up as the American flag marches (like everybody else does) so this year he has had a brilliant idea:  I insulted Americans last year by not getting up, I'll show innovation by just not having them march this year!

ZP MEETS WITH SOMEBODY'S SISTER AND WITH ANDORRA

ZP travels to New York and it is welcomed by the mayor's SISTER!  Hey, at least it was the sister, and not the nanny of something like that.

But don't worry.  Spain's position in foreign politics is still important, after all ZP has met with Andorra twice in one month.  And you know that withour Andorra the world cannot function.
