Equipment and Facilities Lotteries Commission (WA), a leader in Western Australia in funding and supporting the community. The Lotteries Commission made an essential early grant to The Andes Group Inc. for computer and office equipment. This enabled us to bring our administration to a professional level and introduce an innovative program "Spanish for the Independent Learner" to the Internet.
The Mirrabooka Internet Training Centre in the Mirrabooka Library in Western Australia provided their computer facilities during the development of the first stage of the Web pages.
