Neuroscience

There can be no dispute that human intelligence and consciousness arises in the brain. Cartesian dualism has finally been 'defeated, however the concept still lives on in the public imagination. The human brain is among the final frontiers of Science. I favor a reductionist theory, which ultimately stems from neuroscience then proceeds to some sort information processing theory, in explaining consciousness except in what David Chalmers describes the hard problem like, "What is it like to be something?" For everything else there is Neuroscience! Is there a neural correlate of consciousness? May be.
