FJWO has the contant endeavour to expand and diversify its activities for the mankind.Microcredit is one of the main project of the organization. Fjwo takes loan from First Women Bank and gives it to the needy persons at its own responsibility.FJWO never thought of carrying out its activities by itself.Its aim is always to involve people along, to cherish its goal to reach people and do for people.The Microcredit program's main mission is:

• Through this Program, by its results and application scheme, the FJWO has set out to achieve the following ambitious goals that already have a tangible dimension:
• To facilitate job creation, minimizing the negative impact of high unemployment levels in certain regions;
• To facilitate and motivate the interaction and participation of interested representatives of the private and public sector and local government at all levels in creating a favorable climate for economic activity and development throughout Pakistan;
• To facilitate human resources development by promoting education, vocational training and job creation.
