Knowledge Engineer
HOW TO APPLY
We are seeking people with experience in Knowledge Management and Knowledge Engineering. Related experience with customer support or technical documentation will also be helpful. This person will need to interface directly with clients to design and maintain web-based knowledge bases. BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Information Technology preferred.
Account Executive
HOW TO APPLY
Responsibilities include project management of client implementation projects and ongoing responsibility for client management and customer satisfaction. Must have some experience working with customers and strong interpersonal, presentation, and proposal skills. Must be able to work independently and as part of the sales team. BA, BS or equivalent required.
