When end-users access your knowledge base they are seamlessly transferred from your main web site into the trustedanswer environment. This transition is transparent to the user and the look and feel of your corporate image is maintained.
Furthermore, for those clients who need to support different categories of end-users we can tailor the environment by partitioning the knowledge base with different access rights for employees, business partners, vendors, and others.
