    ServiceTrax: What Is It?

The ServiceTrax™ system is shown in the following diagram:


It consists of a time-sequenced, central data warehouse which is used to capture and record all aspects of the support experience provided by the trustedanswer™ support system. Data is tracked for each type of support option, including web self-service, eQuery, chat, and phone. Access to the data warehouse is provided by standard and customized reports, as well as via an advanced query capability.

By providing both a robust reporting mechanism and flexible query access to the data warehouse, we satisfy the needs of the highest level of management all the way to that of the most detailed analyst. The key point is that we can't know for sure what exactly you will want and find extremely valuable from the data warehouse. So we give you the tools to use the information in the best way for you.

The thing we do know for sure, is that the information has the potential to shorten the feedback loop from your customers by an order of magnitude. This can give you the ability to move much more quickly to fix problems, or capitalize on customer opportunities.
