All the outfits featured on this page are all hand-made by us - each made with love and lots of attention! All our outfits are machine sewn to ensure the longer wear without the fear of your outfit falling apart right before a major con! All seams are hemmed and all pieces are made to last for a very, very long time!! This is a guarantee coming from someone with almost 25 years of sewing experience!!

We can guarantee that you will be satisfied with all the items that have been purchased from us. We will not sell you outfits that are made of inexpensive and tacky fabrics. Our seamstress (our mom) has over 25 years of sewing experience with commercial sewing machines, overlock machines, and detailed seam work. Her experience has proved to be a major asset in the search for the most comfortable, most affordable, and the best suiting fabrics for each customized outfit. We do not use regular, homestyle plastic sewing machines but the industrial metal sewing and overlocking machines!! This makes a BIG difference in the process and the results of a costume as opposed to hand sewing and cheaper sewing machines.

If you are ever in doubt of our services, you are welcome to check out our feedback that many of our past customers have left for us on eBay! Or, you can simply email us for references. Many people who have been our worthy customers have became some of our closest friends so obtaining references from us will be no problem! ^__^ However, even with our long time experience, mistakes do happen because all of us are human! Usually, mistakes and errors originate from inaccurate and bad measurements, usually on the customer's part. We usually base all our measurements on the information that you provide to us. So PLEASE BE VERY CAREFUL IN MEASURING!!! Non-fitting costumes are both the seller and buyer's worst nightmare!! x____x;; Sometimes this will happen if there has been miscommunication and inaccurate measurements.

If you find minor errors in your completed outfit, we will be happy to make the readjustment for you free, provided that you will be paying for the return postage. However, major revamping of an outfit may require some additional fees for the time, labor, and extra materials used. Because costumes are specifically made for you for your size, we DO NOT make any refunds but rather, altering the outfit based on your own specifications. So when you choose an outfit and measure yourself, we suggest you do it wisely and accurately. We can ONLY alter it ONCE - right when you receive it - not months afterwards. So yes, we can alter the outfit if it doesn't fit correctly - but just once only. We will do our best to accomodate any needs, changes, or adjustments so that both the buyer and seller are both happy! Who needs that extra stress right before a con, ne? ^___^
