When
you finally choose an outfit that you would like us to make
for you, you should email us (click the "Place order button
that is on any costume page or direct email me (at: finalfantasymiko@earthlink.net)
and fill out the request from by providing us with the following:
PLEASE NOTE: YOUR MEASUREMENTS MUST BE ACCURATE!! Why pay
more to have it retailored, readjusted, and or remade?? Help
us do it right the first time!!
1.
Your costume of choice
2.
Your height
3.
Your weight
4.
Your shoulder-to-shoulder measurements
5.
Your waist measurement
6.
Your hips measurement
7.
Your bust measurment
8.
If doing a long sleeve, your shoulder to wrist length
9.
If doing a dress or a pant, your waist to the dress hem (end
of dress)/ pant length
10.
Your location/ where to ship the item to (so we can calculate
the shipping fees)
11.
. And any changes you would like to change on the outfit (i.e.
different colors, different materials, accessories, etc.)
After
all this is done, we will email you with the payment information
and confirmation. And your costume will be made and ready
to ship as soon as your payment is
received. Note: We will only make your costume only when payment
is received in our hands!!!
So don't worry about the time and the lack of quality of our
work - we always do it ahead of time!!!! And please be specific,
accurate, and precise in your request form and emails. We
will be basing the outfit tailoring on these figures.
And
it is important to note that we advise you to order and have
paid for your outfit at least 2 WEEKS ahead of your scheduled
time for any events or conventions. Considering that there
are many requests that come in and especially during big events
such as Halloween, Christmas, or major conventions, we have
many orders and we make each outfit based on a FIRST COME,
FIRST PAID, FIRST SERVE AND MADE process. So do NOT procrastinate
and wait till the very last minute to have your outfit paid
and made and shipped out to you if you need it in 1 week!!!!
We rather you order and pay early and get your outfit early
than skimming the deadline.
TIPS
ON MEASURING: Either buy some measuring tape or use a piece
of string!! Measuring accurately will guarantee you a better,
form fitting outfit that will not require retailoring! We
will NOT be remaking any part for you once the outfit has
been completed and ready to ship!! So please, measure as accurately
as possible!! All sales are final and cannot be exchanged
or returned. Refunds are usually our last resort if accomodations
and readjustments cannot be made.
***FOR
COMMISSIONS*** Yes!! We do take cosplay commissions
so email us as well about them!!!! ^___^ We'd be happy to
make something for you that you like but cannot find on our
page!! We're always open and up for commissions!!! (psst..check
out our "Current Projects" section!!) Just remember to include
a picture or the url of the picture of the character you choose!!!!
Then we will email you back letting you know what we can do
for you!!!!********
