The Mission Statement for Russian Romance is as follows:

To treat clients as we would treat guests in our own homes, offering superior levels of customer service in order to arrange happiness for as many couples as possible.

All Russian Romance business is conducted within the highest ethical and moral standards of Canadian business, and Russian Romance is registered with the Better Business Bureau of Canada.

All women listed on our site are interviewed so that we receive assurances that she is ready to find her love, ready to move away from her home, and telling the truth in her profile. We do not select as many girls as other agencies because we select girls with whom we are comfortable: we believe they have honest intentions and they will treat you with respect.

Note that we expect the same level of respect from our clients, so that the hearts of our Finest Russian Women are not broken. Please do not use our services until you are ready to meet the woman of your dreams and begin a serious relationship.

Cancellations
At Russian Romance, we have an excellent cancellation policy (but we still recommend trip cancellation insurance for your protection). All deposits are non-refundable (as we are using them to book your arrangements and therefore they are non-refundable to us), however tour payments beyond the $400 deposit amount are fully refundable provided 2 weeks notice is given.
