My Job

I currently work at Farmers Insurance Company. I work as a secretary and I have been there for almost four and a half years. There are three of us that work in the office, and over the years we have become almost family. My boss and the head secretary actually started dating after the night of my wedding (they were both single)! They came together and had such a great time with each other that they decided to start dating! I'll never forget it, Jeremy and I were dancing our first dance as husband and wife, and all that I could say was "Jeremy! Look at Kathy and Carl, they're holding hands!"

While it has been interesting working in such a small office, it has been a wonderful experience. My work family really cares about me, and have encouraged me in school,educated me in the events of life (like buying my first house!), and helped me through some tough times. Although it will be an exciting day when I get my first "real job" it will also be a sad one.
