Scrolls, Wands, Staves
Certain magical items may have its powers invoked if trained properly. But if it is in inexperienced hands, the power of the item may fail to be invoked, even resulting in the destruction of the magical item. One may "recite" scrolls, "brandish" staves, and "zap" with wands.
