Laminates 

Foils laminates are an alternative to hot stamping foil and are particularly useful when very large solids are needed. Many Hot stamping foils cannot produce very large solids without a "dulling" effect. This is due to the heat and pressure used to apply them. Laminates are applied cold and produce very bright and reflective finishes. 

 
Foils laminates can be overprinted, and opaque inks allow even bar codes to be printed without a problem.
