Once you've got your adoptees up, fill out this form. If you don't want your email address to be available for everyone to see, then please say so in the comments box. It goes up by default. When you're ready, click on "Hand it in" to submit the form, or "Blank sheet" to reset it. And make sure you've followed all the Rules.

It'll take me, at most, two weeks to put you up on the Parents list. If you're not up by then, it probably means you didn't follow the rules. Or I'm being lazy. In either case, try re-submitting the form again or email me. However, if you spam me, I'll blacklist you.
