DON SHULA
Head Coach

The legendary Don Shula returns to the Hayashi sidelines for the first time since 1999. Shula coached the Silver Dragons from 1990 - 1999 making two post season and one Shaker Bowl appearances, but no title. Returning Hayashi to its foundation through a solid ground game and coaching skill has Shula eyeing another playoff appearance.



MARVIN LEWIS
Assistant Head Coach

Marvin Lewis, Cincinnati Bengal head coach and former Washington Redskin assistant brings his extensive knowledge to the Silver and Blue.

Lewis joined the Silver Dragons 1/21/04 after receiving tremendous recommendations by new head coach Terry Hoeppner.




JAMAL "DEATHBLOW" DUGG
Defensive Line

"Deathblow" Dugg, a former XFL linebacker brings a killer instinct to the Silver Dragons. Definitely one to put forth a punishing defensive game plan, Jamal's main focus will be to shut down the run CDFL opponents have used to wear down Hayashi's defense in year's past.




DON MAJKOWSKI
Quarterbacks

Former Shaker QB Don "Magic Man" Majkowski replaces Doug Williams as the QB Coach. Don knows well the background and philosophy of one of Hayashi's oldest rivals. He will bring that knowledge plus his years of experience the Silver Dragons.




BARRY SANDERS
Running Backs

Who could possible replace long time fan and General Manager Mark Trollinger favorite, Bo Jackson as runningback coach? How about the most loved, most honored Silver Dragon in team history, Barry Sanders! Barry is the greatest running back in NFL, CDFL or any other league history. The first inductee into Hayashi's Ring of Fire, Coach Sanders will take to the Hayashi sidelines again this season. This time as a rookie coach.




JOHN FOURCADE
Offensive Coordinator

Once a third string QB on the Silver Dragons inaugrial roster, John has spent the past few seasons in the collegiate ranks as Offensive Coordinator. This season he makes the jump to the CDFL in the same capacity. Look for the Silver Dragons to bring lots of excitment on the offensive side of the ball.




K.C. KEELER
Tight Ends

The head coach of the Deleware Blue Hens changes his focus from defensive line to tight end as he replaced Bob Trump for the upcoming season.




BOB PRUETT
Defensive Coordinator

A top contender for the Hayashi Coaching vacancy, General Manager Mark Trollinger decided to bring Marshall Head Coach Bob Pruett in as defensive coordinator. Bob brings years of experience and equally impressive, several championship rings to Hayashi. The ability to not only be competitive but win championships is a main factory in Coach Pruett joinging the Silver Dragons. The CDFL title is a top priority for the coaching staff in the 2004 - 2005 season.




TERRY TATE
Linebacker

Adding to the tough new Hayashi defense is rookie coach Terry Tate, Office Linebacker. Big and fierce he wrecks havoc among opponents. Jerry Starlin, beware.




GIZMO WILLIAMS
Secondary Coach

Gizmo Williams returns to the Silver Dragons making his coaching debut.




DONNIE "BIG TIME" CALDWELL
Asst. Secondary Coach

To ensure that the Silver Dragons have an impressive defensive attack, Hayashi as added the position of Assistant Secondary Coach. To assist rookie Gizmo Williams, another rookie coach has been signed. Donnie "Big Time" Caldwell, formerly of the XFL brings a hard hitting, fundamental style of play to the Silver Dragons.




Stanford Jennings
Special Teams

GM Mark Trollinger extended the offer of coaching Special Teams to former Hayashi player Stanford Jennings. The former Cincinnati Bengals standout denied Trollinger employment as his right hand man with Reebok two years ago, but GM Trollinger holds no grudges with former star players.




BOBBY BOUCHER
Waterboy

Bobby has been around football for many years. He has experience as waterboy and as linebacker, should the Silver Dragons require his help.




Howard Dean
Vice President Media Relations

To fire up the Hayashi faithful, President hopeful and Vermont Governor Howard Dean will bring his efforts to the Silver Dragons. His main targets will be Buckeye and Tempe.




ALYSON HANNIGAN
Vice President Dance Team / Cheerleading

Alyson is the rookie in Hayashi's front office. She was hand selected by General Manager Mark Trollinger to replace Mary Lou Retton during the off-season. Alyson is very funny, well liked and extemely talented. She will highly motivate the Silver Dragons.
