Japanese, European, and Worldwide TF Variations

Variations can mean FOUR different things here:

1)tfs in these countries are recolors/remolds of tfs traditionally considered 'American', either just before or just after their release in the states(example: Metrotitan, Black Zarak, SoundBlaster).

2)tfs in foriegn countries are variations WITHIN their own country. That is, you would find a transformer exclusive to another country that had variations(example: Actionmaster Bombshell).

3)tfs in foriegn countries are variations within OTHER countries. Like #2 above, but different in that the toys never made it to American shores, but did make it to some other foriegn country(example RoadCeaser, Overlord).

4)tfs in these countries(usually japan) are actually part of a pre(or post)-transformer line of robots(microman, diaclone, brave, etc)(note: Please see the Diaclone/Pre-Tf section of this site for details on pre-tfs, and the Brave page for post-tf molds).

For the complete text-listing of transformer toys released worldwide, I recommend reading Rob Jung's Toy List.
For help in translating foriegn transformer webpages and text, I recommend using these translator resourses.
