How to set an icon as your AIM buddy icon:
1. Save the picture to disk and open AIM - d'uh!
2. Click Setup on your start-up screen.
3. Click the buddy icon tab on the resultant dialog box.
4. Choose Browse Computer and go to the directory in which your icon is kept.
5. Marvel at the supreme uselessness yet eye-candiness of it all. ;)
