Great Gaming Midis (09-08-2003)

Some more great music (40 - 50)......

1.Equinox Atlena

=>A great example of subtle music. There is just a whiff of music, a faint tinge of melody and I find it superbly constructed. A lesson if you are into creating music.

2.Voodoo Shop

=> From Gabriel Knight. You can almost picture masked hoodlums dancing around a fire.

3.Star Stealing Girl

=> From Chronocross again. Subtle music. Smooth flowing. The theme of my favourite character in chrono cross.

4.Game Over

=>From Batman the game. It is good music. Nothing extraordinary.

5.People seized with life

=> There is some music which is multidimensional and has infinite depth. This is one of them. I cant describe it. From chronocross.

6.Frozen Flame

=> The frozen flame is shrouded in mystery but it is an extremely powerful artifact. This tune conveys all that. A brilliant start to the tune which gives it a mysterious presence.

7.Sins of fathers Theme

=>From Gabriel knight. A dark theme for a dark game. An extremely good game which you should play. I mean the first part Gabriel Knight : Sins of fathers.

Gabriel Knight was a kick to write for, because no one had ever done a game in that overall creative style (a nod to Jane's genius), it was new territory and very ripe in terms of texture and drama. The art concepts were so rich and interesting that often, I would only be given a color sketch of a room or location, and I would write from that. - Robert Holmes on Gabriel Knight

8.Wolfgang

=>Again from GK. Great Electric guitar type chord progression.

9.Lufia Intro

=>Powerful Intro. But I added it here cause it has some solid music to back it up.

10.Dragon Rider

=>From Chronocross. Yasunori mitsuda deserves a lot more recognition for his music than what is given. It signifies the bravery of the accacia dragoons. Great tune.
