THESE ARE THEM BOYZ THAT PUT ATL, AND THE DIRTY SOUTH ON THE MAP FO REEL… ANDRE(3000) & BIG BOI ARE OUTKAST THEY BLEW UP THE SCENE WITH 1994's "southernplayalisticadillacmusic" with hot cutz like "playas ball" and the title track. On the way in they also introduced goodie mob on the classic track "get up and get out" a track that urged young brothaz to " get up off you azz" an do  something constructive with their lives you know! Shortly after during nearly a 2 year break they drop the summer anthem "Benz or a beamer" that talked in depth about pressures of society on young black men to have cash and car-jackin' ( which is a hobby of many in da A-town). The song was positive tellin' folks that it (material sh*t)ain't worth it. In 1996 they dropped the 2nd junt "ATLIENS" which like their 1st, is a classic. This lp didn't have one bad song...period! They touch a lot of important issues to like the status of our black women, fame and how the world is, heard me! Two years later they dropped their 3rd lp "AQUEMINI" which was on a whole 'nuther level shawty!!! The sound of the songs just sounded vintage, classical, and just damn funkin'!!
It was one of the cleanest recordings I've ever heard, all the instruments sound live like a jazz record or sumthin'… Every body even my mom's aunts and uncles dug this record...it was like that!!! Then in 2000 came "STANKONIA" where the just let it all hang out they did whatever on this one… Track like "B.O.B" and the classic "miss Jackson" got white America and the hood hooked on Outkast. I think the impact of "miss Jackson" prove the groups pure genius, even the Grammy folks finally gave them they propers (after they shafted my boyz at the 1999 Grammy's by lettin" the punk ass beastie boyz get best lp over AQEMINI...AQEMINI!!! what was they smokin' ???) well OUTKAST with a "K" is one of the most respected rap groups in the  game and the representin' that dirty, dirty… and most importantly GA BOI!!!!--"YALL BETTA KNOW DAT"        GA-POWER BABY!!!!!!
