About Me : " It's better to burn out than to fade away ". This has always been the theme of my life.....& will always be....... "Too much is never enough". This is what I believe in & will do what it takes to get there........in the thick of things "There are no points for second place". If u think of this..........u will never give up...... Now, for something about me & my life. Was born in Mysore ( India ) but spent 23 wonderful yrs of my life in Bangalore. Did my schooling in National Public School & then moved to Poorna Prajna Junior College. Had a wonderful & a memorable childhood & was always the mischief - monger of the class. Was the usual suspect for the misdoings. Well, am proud of tht & cherish some wonderful memories. Have been a die - hard , hard - core ROCK fan. Grew up with bands like 'Eagles', ' GNR' , 'Metallica' & 'Pink Floyd' . High School was the time when i was introduced to all these bands & they had an ever-lasting impression on my life. I associate several of my principles to these bands & their lyrics. I totally subscribe to the principles they advocate & would love to base my life on these lyrics. The deepest & the most influential of em all is defn Pink Floyd. Have been a complete sports fan. I played & watched almost all the games. Was a ' Jack of all & master of none' u can say....but predominantly have been a ' Soccer ' , ' F1 ' fan. Have been a Arsenal fan through out. Also i support Barcelona & AC Milan. Am a Tony Adams fan & also support Maldini. I played as a defender & also adore tht position on the field. It gives me an immense high when defenders make fools out of center forwards. One of my favorite leagues is the Champions League. I like it because it has a blend of different football leagues. Personally i am a Seria A fan. Basically because the Italian league is very defense minded & lot of emphasis on defenders. I think tht is true football. F1 has always been dear to me. I love the racing sprit & my adrenalin pumps , watching people drive to the limit & beyond. Have always been a Schumacher fan & I HATE DAMON HILL. I am a complete racing fan. I watch everything from F1 ,FIM 500 CC racing, Superbikes & World rally Championship. My pick drivers/riders in these categories are : Michael Schumacher, Wayne Rayney, Karl Forgati, & Colin Mc' Rae respectively. Not to mention tht racing also gives us this .......click here Now, to music........it is one of my passions. I don kno to play any instruments as yet.....but would love to learn the drums. It has been my dream ever since i was a kid. I am a big fan of Rock & Roll. Right from Eagles , Dire Straits to Metallica & Cradle of Filth. I listen to the entire spectrum of music & tht am sure is an integral part of my life. One place which is very dear to me is a pub in Bangalore. It is called ' Purple Haze '. I have some real good memories associated with this place. They play hard rock & metal & this place ,plays all the music tht i listen to . I remember those days when my buddies & myself would hang around tht place & really let loose. Those memories are embedded in me & will remain with me as ' THE BEST DAYS OF MY LIFE ' . Well, had some wonderful years in NPS & then had a memorable high school. Then joined PPJC for pre-university - where in had the best time. These two years were the best two years of my life thus far. If i look back in my life these two years stand-out. Made some real good friends - friends for life . I guess we all were on the same wavelength & this indeed made us hang around together. We had several outings , treks together & this was just wonderful .I miss those years. Apart from that we used to go to movies , pubs , bowling & pool like every other day. Then joined engineering. I did my engineering in Sir . M. V. I . T. Let me be quite frank here, did not have the best time in the world. Made a few very good friends though , apart from tht i should say tht these 4 years were pretty ordinary. I think i never found anyone quite on the same wavelength. This made my stint there not so memorable. All the while (during engg.) i still used to hang around with these guys ( Prithvi , Varun ,Rohit , Umang , Rajiv , Ravi , Arjun etc ). If i have to speak about my engg days..... i can pick only a handful of friends , who were real close to me. One among them is Pranjal....A rebel with out a cause..... Will always remember u .... Some other friends who i would like to remember are Prajit , Viky ,Bala ,Pramod & Sunil . All of em shared some common interests with me & we were the outlawed few in a very decent college. In the mean time, i also learnt French at Alliance Francaise Bangalore. I learnt ' Futre Vous ' & 'Voulez vous coucher avec moi' there & not to mention tht i also had the time of my life there. Met some really cool friends whose friendship i'll really treasure. Aditi ,Sherine , Santosh , Keshav ,Srini , Divya etc to name a few. I also went for salsa classes. This was a totally new experience . It sure was fun. Have to thank Ree & Prithvi for tht. Well, as life wares on u supposedly have to get more responsible. So i did. After completing my engineering i started working. Well work environment , was completely different. Though not new to me as i was working throughout my graduation to support my lavish lifestyle. It added a new dimension to my already multi-dimensional personality. Well , now i am working for Enercon Systems & am based in Bangkok. Life here is rocking. Am having a ball of a time here. Would advise & recommend everyone to visit Thailand. It is the place to be. ...... TRUST ME. "Take me down to the paradise city...where the grass is green & the girls are pretty. Oh ! please take me home." This sure is HOME. All in all life has been wonderful thus far .....................am sure it will just keep getting better & better . It sure is a roller-coaster ride , just got to ride it though. One hell of a ride never the less.
