The artist(s) would like to advertise the original art work(s) described in the data page(s) through Gelasia Gallery web pages. The artist(s) fully understand that Gelasia Gallery is under no obligation to exhibit the artist(s) art, and that exhibition of a piece is completely within the discretion of Gelasia Gallery. When and if a representative of Gelasia Gallery, signs a copy of this agreement and returns it to the artist(s), Gelasia Gallery and the artist(s) will enter into a legal agreement, under the following terms and effective as of the date of the Agreement. The art works that the artist(s) are submitting are owned by the artist(s), and the artist(s) have the exclusive rights to sell and advertise them. The artist(s) will pay no preliminary application, exhibition, or listing fee to advertise the artist(s) work(s) on Gelasia Gallery web pages. The artist(s) hold the exclusive rights and grant Gelasia Gallery the artist(s) permission to display the art work(s), described on the data sheet(s), photograph of the artist(s), attached to the data sheets and any text information that related to the art work(s) or the artist(s) on Gelasia Gallery web pages. The artist(s) understand that Gelasia Gallery is not responsible for displaying exact color accuracy or resolution quality of electronically scanned photos. Gelasia Gallery reserved the right to utilize compression methods to upgrade image-loading time. Furthermore, Gelasia Gallery reserves the right to cut and edit the text provided by the artist(s) related to the photo(s) of the art work(s) or artist(s) under discussion. The artist(s) will promptly send Gelasia Gallery an unmarked photos, slides, or image files of the art work(s), that have been requested by a potential customer or the artist(s) agent. Gelasia Gallery will then send this photo or slide to the purchaser who requested it. If available to the artist(s), the artist(s) will also send a conditional report, appraisal, and third party authentication documentation, with references to the artist(s) name(s), address(es), and phone number(s) to Gelasia Gallery, which will then forward this information to the interested party. The artist(s) understand that the artist(s) are responsible for Gelasia Gallery mailing costs used in forwarding the information mentioning above, provided that the artist(s) will agree on the amount of this cost. In advance, Gelasia Gallery, will act as an intermediary between the artist(s) and the potential customer of the artist(s) art work(s). Gelasia Gallery is obligated to maintain the artist(s) confidentially when conducting all business negotiations. Gelasia Gallery and all its officers and employees are prohibited from self-dealing. No person working for Gelasia Gallery may act as a purchaser of my work(s) without the artist(s) prior written consent. The artist(s) is under no financial obligation to Gelasia Gallery until the artist(s) are fully satisfied that a purchaser has agreed to the artist(s) terms of sale. The artist(s) understand that the artist(s) payment for Gelasia Gallery services is 15% of the total purchase price. Since buyers pay no fees, the artist(s) are able to either pass the savings to the buyers or retain it as higher profit. *See Charges/purchasing description and *Gelasia Gallery Return Policy. The artist(s) retain the right to sell any exhibited work through other means, other than the Gelasia Gallery web site, and will owe Gelasia Gallery no fee. The artist(s) also retain the right to cancel this agreement at any time by written request and will, again, owe Gelasia Gallery no fee. The artist(s) will owe Gelasia Gallery no fee if the artist(s) choose to remove an exhibited artwork from the Gelasia Gallery web pages. However, if the artist(s) choose to do so, the artist(s) will immediately notify Gelasia Gallery. Gelasia Gallery will then remove this artwork from their collection as a courtesy to the purchasers. Gelasia Gallery reserves the right to remove any art work(s) at any time. Gelasia Gallery is under no responsibility for the authenticity, quality, or condition of art exhibited on the site. Gelasia Gallery is not responsible for the errors or omissions in the text that related to an art work(s) on the site. The artist(s) understand that Gelasia Gallery provides full customer satisfaction, and therefore encourages purchasers to be certain of the quality of their purchase before completing any transactions. Any disputes arising under this contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Venue of any claims will be in Multnomah County.

* Charges/ Purchasing Description: After the buyer notifies Gelasia Gallery about purchasing a work(s), we will contact the artist/ seller and ask them to prepare the item(s) for shipping. After Gelasia Gallery receives certified payment(s), we will again contact the artist/ seller, and then he/she will send the item(s) to buyer. Note, there is a seven-day return policy, so seven days after the buyer receives the item(s), we will send the payment minus 15% to the artist/ seller. Also, note that artist/ seller should add shipping, handling, and insurance pricing to the asking price of the item(s).

* Buyer Return Policy: There is a seven-day return policy, after calendar seven days if no contact by the buyer(s) to Gelasia Gallery has been made all sales are final. If a return is requested, the buyer is responsible for shipping, handling, and insurance charges for the safe return of the item.

* A public notary must verify your signature. Gelasia Gallery will cover public notary expenses, when you received an approved copy of this Agreement back. Please, send us a receipt from the notorious for reimbursement.

Submission Agreements

I/ we would like to request free space on Gelasia Gallery's web site for my/ our artwork and personal profile that may include information I/ we decide to inform Gelasia Gallery about. I/ we fully understand that Gelasia Gallery is under no obligation to provide me/ us free space and exhibit my/ our art and that exhibition of an artwork is completely within the discretion of Gelasia Gallery. When, and if, a representative of Gelasia Gallery signs a copy of this request and returns it to me/ us, Gelasia Gallery and I/ we will enter into a legal agreement under the following terms, which will become effective as of the date of the Agreement. The art works that I/ we are submitting for display on Gelasia Gallery web site were created by me/ us and I/ we have the exclusive rights to advertise them. I/ we will pay no preliminary application, exhibition, or listing fee to advertise my/ our work(s) on Gelasia Gallery. I/ we grant Gelasia Gallery my/ our permission to display the art work(s) described on the data sheet(s), photograph of the artist(s) attached to the data sheets, and any text information that is related to the art work(s) or the atrist(s) on Gelasia Gallery web page. I/ we understand that I/ we am/ are responsible for all the information and that Gelasia Gallery reserves the rights to correct any text and other information related to the photo(s) of the art work(s) or artist(s) under discussion. I/ we understand that Gelasia Gallery is not responsible for displaying exact color accuracy or resolution quality of electronically scanned photos. Gelasia Gallery reserves the right to utilize compression methods to increase image-loading time and reduce storage costs. Gelasia Gallery requires me/ us to send a copy of my/ our artworks in any of the following formats: 1) high quality 35 mm photos or other scan images; 2) slides; 3) diskettes/ CD-ROM in a GIF or JPEG / JPG files; 4) E-mail attachments with such files. All reproductions of my/ our art works are not returnable. I/ we are under no financial obligation to Gelasia Gallery and retain the right to cancel this agreement at any time by a written request and will, again, owe Gelasia Gallery no fee. I/ we understand that the initial term of this agreement will be ONE YEAR from the date below. From that point the term of this agreement will continue annually until it is terminated by one of the parties by written notice of termination. Termination will be effective 30 days after the date of the given notice. Any disputes arising under this contract will be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Venue of any claims will be in Multnomah County.
