~ Print* "Artist Submission Application".

~ Print "Submit Art Form".

~ Print "Agreement Form"

~ Fill out, sign, and send back the:
           "Artist Submission Application" and the
           "Submit Art Form" (One form for each artwork).

~ Include images of your artworks.

~ Include a three-paragraph or less of an auto-biography, photo,
   and "anything about you etc" to be included with your art.

~ Your artwork will be displayed within two weeks. You will be notified
    by e-mail when it's up.

*Go to 'File' and 'Print'. If you don't have a printer, then e-mail me.
I will mail the forms out to you.
