God's Coronation AnniversaryWhy does God need to be coronated? Because Satan gained lordship over God’s creation (including man) due to the fall of Adam and Eve (2Cor.4:4; Rom.8:19-23; Jn.8:44). Jesus was unable to restore God’s position over all that Satan claimed because he was rejected and killed (8:24; Mt.21:43). Jesus however, looked to the future and informed us that the day would come when God’s sovereignty would be restored on earth ( Rev.12:10). Through Reverend Moon’s victorious course, he was able to establish the substantial foundation for God to reclaim His absolute Kingship and Sovereignty over Heaven and Earth. At the beginning of this new millennium, on January 13, 2001, Rev. Moon conducted the most glorious ceremony of God’s coronation. This took place in the Cheong Pyeong Heaven and Earth Palace, in Korea. This January, on the 5th anniversary of God’s coronation (now being celebrated on January 3rd—the day proclaimed by Rev. Moon as Jesus’ birthday), Rev. Moon said: “This is the greatest providential victory ever won by Heaven over the satanic world.” We invite our readers to pray with us for the rapid development in all aspect of the providence, in this the Age After God’s Coronation—the Age After the Coming of Heaven. Moon(Part 2 of a three Part series) Go to: Part 1 Paul, in his great commitment of faith in the crucified and resurrected Lord, felt frustrated that he could not overcome this serious problem (conflict of mind and body) within himself (Rom.7:24). He saw, however, that the return of Christ would be his substantial hope for full liberation (8:23-25). He preached an heightened imminence of Jesus’ return and greatly encouraged diligence of the faithful to a strong spiritual and moral lifestyle in preparation (Eph.6:18; 1Cor.7:29; 6:18-20).
He comforted many who were unsure about the fate of those who had passed on. He told them that: (1Thess.4:16-18). |
This supernatural and apocalyptic view of Jesus’ return (to catch away believers in the air), interpreted literally, has, even today, become a staple in the doctrinal diet of many Christians. Like most of the Jews in Jesus’ time, they misconstrued certain figurative expressions of important (Continued on Pg.4) Purposeful Design or Chance Evolution?Part V: Solving the Mystery of Creation Go to: Previous Sections (I-IV) Although science in its present form does not deal with God as the Original Cause of our universe, nonetheless, in due course, it must confront and make sense of an Original Cause to its cosmogony.
The Big Bang, Steady State and other theories of cosmology are primarily those examining the universe as an “effect”. An inevitable consideration is that of a pre-material causality which embodies the fundamental forces, laws, principles (mathematical, spiritual, physical, etc.), and energy, which undergird the existence, function and purpose of all reality.
To further increase our understanding of the mystery of creation The Divine PrincipleThe Divine Principle is God’s message of the Completed Testament age (Second Coming and new millennium) revealed through Rev. Sun Myung Moon (Jn. 16:13,25; Rev.10:10,11). Excerpts are cited from the Exposition of Divine Principle, HSA-UWC, 1996—English translation of the original Korean text. (Continued from previous issue)
