Mr. Fajardo is an Electrical Engineer and Telematics (IT&T) Specialist with Certification in Communications Project Management, Management and Business Administration and Website Design. He has been active in the telecommunications industry for over ten (10) years and has held a variety of managerial positions and roles within public and private owned telecommunications companies, prior his initialization in the consultancy field in 1998.

Over the years, his responsibilities have included management of staff, resources and budget for telecommunications and consultancy services; technical and strategic planning in the carrier and corporate sectors; network design and voice communications engineering; project management; and marketing and sales of services.
