INTERCONNECTION AGREEMENTS
Due
to my professional experience I am aware of the many challenges faced
by new operators and services providers, and perhaps one of the most dramatic
activity is getting "interconnected" with the incumbents Public
Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) Operators, established carriers or with
your own competitors.
I
can advise your company:
-
In
all technical and financial aspects to obtain the licenses require
to start operations, based on your company's business plan and the
local regulatory requirements;
-
To
define Reference Interconnect Offers and all interconnection data
needed to start your negotiations;
-
To
support you during the negotiations process and to work with you and
the different operators or services providers you have to deal with;
-
To implement the interconnections within the terms and conditions
of the interconnection agreements;
-
To
re-negotiate your current interconnection agreements.
My experiences
in negotiation include the following types of interconnection agreements:
a) New fixed or wireless networks to PSTN, b) Long Distance Networks
to PSTN, c) Mobile networks to PSTN, d) Value Added networks to PSTN,
e) Mobile to Mobile networks.
