This is outside of a mall. I liked that spot because it was surrounded by mountains which was quite a treat since Florida is so flat, and I only get to see mountains when I travel. I ended up at the mall by mistake because of the whole language barrier. Please brush up on your spanish if you want to go to Venezuela because most people DO NOT speak any english, and you will suffer if you think that someone around will speak english. So save yourself all that pain.
This is a popular center where there one can easily walk to the museums, shops, and theatres from one's hotel.
