I am currently studying Mathematics for Secondary Education, which is a non-degree self-created program. The purpose is to have the credits required under Tennessee and Federal Law for a teaching license with a 7-12 Mathematics endorsement. To meet this requirement, one must have 24 credit hours of content area (in this case, 24 credit hours of Maths). My current plan is simply to take the Calculus II equivalent at Pellissippi State Community College this summer, then taking three math classes in the fall semester at The University of Tennessee.
The following is a list of my University of Tennessee course work. I have (so far) not attended any other colleges or universities. The information provided is taken from the University of Tennessee's Degree Audit Report System (DARS). For work I've done for Information Science 301, click here.
For course descriptions, please see the course catalog for the year in which the course was taken. Links to the appropriate catalog are on the date provided. Note that The University of Tennessee keeps the catalogs on file as .PDFs. You will need a .PDF reader program, like Adobe Acrobat Reader. You can also click on the button to the right to download it.
