Congratulations on being one of the members of the Golden Key Society. Your academic excellence has brought you into this prestigious international honour society. As a member of the Golden Key USM, you will enjoy various benefits from the activities and projects we are going to carry out. You will also gain leadership skills and experience in handling projects.
Dear friends and members, Golden Key Society is an international academic honour society which aims to create a global community of academic achievers. Started in 1977, it now has more than 350 chapters around the world. Countries that have this prestigious society are the United States, Canada, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand and Malaysia.
Golden Key USM started last year under the leadership of Miss Ng Wai San. Among the projects already implemented were the Riding on Disabled ( RDA ),Crossword Puzzle, Study Trip to Cameron Highlands, Shell Career Workshop and other projects which aim to provide more benefits to our members in Universiti Sains Malaysia.
Now, as the second batch of the USM chapter's committee, we promise to continue the tasks and maintain the powerful image of the society which has been initiated by Miss Ng Wai San and her committee last year. We want to deliver more for our members' benefits. We want to make Golden Key USM Chapter more successful than ever before through our projects and activities. However, all this aspiration cannot be achieved alone or by a small number of people. Dear members of the Golden Key USM Chapter, we need you. We want you to help us, bring our society to greater level of achievement and popularity, if possible, be the best society in Universiti Sains Malaysia and in Malaysia.
Join our society's activities by becoming the "Pembantu EXCO". Let's make this ambitious dream a reality in a few months time. Show our friends and people around us that we are the best not only in terms of academic excellence but also in leadership and management skills.

To Golden Key USM members,
Good news! Our chapter has been listed as one of the award winners during the Golden Key International Convention, held 12-15 August 2004 in Atlanta, United States. We received the Honourable Mention Key Chapter Awards, which placed us just one more step to gain the Key Chapter Awards. Finally, after months of dedication and cooperation among Golden Key USM EXCOs and members in implementing activities, our aspirations have been realised. This proves that success can never be achieved alone or by a small number of people. However, we should not be contented with this success alone. We need to strive to get the Key Chapter Awards during the International Convention next year. The criteria to win this award really depend on what activities and projects we are going to do now.
Dear members and friends, let's create success after success this time. Show to other Golden Key chapters that " USM Boleh ". Let us work together for our chapter's glory and accomplishment.
