If your email account is both Yahoo and/or Hotmail, GLAM newsletters are frequently filtered into their junk/bulk box. You will need to add glamtl@yahoo.ca as part of the safe list.

Example (as you would see in Hotmail.com) :

1. Go to "Junk Mail" folder on your left, CHECK on GLAM NEWSLETTERS.

2. Click on "This is not Junk Mail" on the top.

3. Check "This message is from a mailing list I belong to. I want to make sure future messages from this same mailing list go to my Inbox, not my Junk Mail Folder". Then click "Next".

4. Now GLAM NEWSLETTERS have been added to your safe list, and you can enjoy our upcoming events and news! :)

Yahoo.com is pretty much the same, you would only need to redirect our email address from junk box to Inbox.
