The Letters of Stephen: Letter Number Three

(Granger for Stephen): The idea of other beings, of some other intelligence, in the environments of the physical universe is one that creates interest in your world today. Many speculate, and project the concepts they imagine such personalities would present on arrival in the earth. There are varied and many different forms or patterns of personalities in existence. We have known various forms from our plane of being. You will not ever be aware of many of these personalities because they are too far removed from all your sense of being. However, we are able, and permitted, to give some help in certain ways.

Do not expect some strange personality to suddenly appear upon your lawn to park his spaceship. We would not be permitted to make such an appearance in your neighborhood; and neither is any other species or form or class of being. We may, and do from time to time, appear very clearly to certain members of earth, but that is only because under certain conditions we are able to tune in to the mind of the one we are contacting. We cannot just show up any old time to visit with friends in the physical dimension. We are permitted to visit those of other psychic forms and natures, but even here there is control and permission is necessary. Do not expect intermingling of the different planes consciousness in any way other than through the use of the mind to develop the levels of being.

The Source, as we will refer to the origins of all consciousness, is far beyond our comprehension, therefore we must begin at some lower levels in the spectrum of life. Very high forms of awareness, above that of High-souls, send out creative patterns of life into vast dimensions of being. Some of these forms are so remote from our awareness that it makes you and I, The Auroral People and those of the physical earth, appear to be one and the same. These regions of awareness are vast indeed. We do not pretend to comprehend. Now as we follow down the channels we arrive at that of the High-souls. The High-souls are the source out of which we of The Auroral People and you of the physical earth people are created as spiritual or psychic beings.

There are also other forms of life, self-aware, sent out from the High-souls. The soul is the source of various forms and levels of awareness. You are aware of, and familiar with, other forms of life that do not come out of the High-souls. The animal life of the earth is not out of the High-souls. Animal life requires a spark of being that comes out of a deep source of consciousness. It is true that life in the earth will form out of non-life under certain, and sometimes varied, conditions. But life, once created, cannot return to the state of non-life.

You wish to know if the millions of forms and patterns of life that once lived in the physical earth still exist in some dimension of consciousness from which they carry the potential to be retrieved and identified. We can tell you that it is certain that many of these forms do exist. They are no longer returnable to the physical earth that once rejected them. The physical earth cycle does not repeat itself. Note that we wrote that many are retrievable; we do not say all because we do not know. There is a reason why we do not know. We are permitted to know that of which we have need; we do not know that of which we have no need or desire. The forms of earth life, now extinct on the physical earth, that are and were closest to us in our affections and admirations are retrieved by our people, our folk, in a certain way by which we retain contact and awareness with these animals, birds, and insects.

No need to extrapolate here, but the answer to your question is that in summary we have a means of recovering the forms of life from the physical earth in a way that permits this form of life to continue in our dimension of being. In very general terms, this animal life is under conscious control through those assigned to that task.
