On Tuesday June 13, Cesar Belfonta announced his retirement from Martial Combat with a 28-27 record. He was forced to retire after 10 straight losses. Cesar hopes that by focusing on GCA fights, he can turn the tide and take the GCA Heavyweight title.

Walt Peterson retired from Martial Combat on June 15th. He had a record of 28-22. Walt also announced that in July he would be leaving GCA, but not until he had a fight against his GCA arch nemesis, Lucien Belanger. Dr Bryan Duncan examined them after the fight at Melonville Generic Hospital. Stefano announced that Esteban wouldn't be cleared for competition until August while Burnett would be able to return in July. Yoshi's return date is indeterminate.
